By accessing and using the Architetto AI automation platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Architetto provides an enterprise AI automation platform that enables organizations to deploy, manage, and orchestrate AI agents for various business processes. Our Service includes:

• AI agent deployment and management tools
• Workflow automation and orchestration
• Integration capabilities with enterprise systems
• Analytics and monitoring dashboards
• Security and compliance features
• Support and documentation

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Your Content

• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in content you submit
• You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to grant these licenses
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

We strive to provide reliable Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency repairs or updates as needed
• Modify features and functionality with reasonable notice
• Suspend access in case of security threats or abuse

Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Usage-Based Charges

• Additional charges may apply for usage beyond plan limits
• Usage is measured and billed monthly
• You will receive usage notifications as you approach limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architetto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Architetto from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit through the Service

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be discontinued
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Architetto is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
